When setting up your home to welcome your first guests, we need pillows, duvets, blankets and full sets of linens. We have partnered with the best to make sure our guests enjoy towels and linens of the finest quality.

Whats more, you don’t even have to completely move out! You can keep your personal belonging in your home, while we rent it to travellers.
We always ask owners to insure their homes before renting them out. Airbnb covers damages, but not all platforms do (booking.com, expedia, etc). It costs very little and covers anything that might occur.
You don’t have to do anything — we take care of it immediately!
Our maintenance crew takes care of any minor wear and tear. In case we notice something more serious, we fill out the appropriate documentation and make sure it’s fixed right away.
All communication with platforms and insurance companies is handled by us. However, until now, this has never been necessary!
That depends on the guests. Usually, our friendly hosts welcome them in person. If a guest arrives outside of working hours or prefers self check-in, we leave a lockbox and they check in themselves.
Once we’ve sealed the deal, we need approximately 7 days to upload your home on all platforms. You’ll soon be welcoming your first guests!
